I am open to freelance work, if you have need of a designer. I do web design (html, css, flash), corporate id (logos, stationery, business cards), layout (brochures, magazines, catalogs, books), packaging (bottles, boxes, tags), as well as shirt designs, posters, and well, pretty much anything. I have competitive pricing and am willing to work with you on anything, pretty much. Just shoot me an email with the job you want done and i'll give you a quote and my conditions.
When I'm not designing, I tend to fill my time by playing on livejournal, doing art for myself, and caring for my pets. I don't go out and party or anything, unlike most people my age, I enjoy staying at home. I prefer to be productive with my time than to waste hours drunk off my ass being hit on by creepy old men.
I enjoy learning new things, i wish sometimes that i could be a professional student. I watch a lot of documentaries, mostly BBC, and have periods where I'm intensely interested in one thing and will research it until I learn everything I can about it (which comes in handy when I'm having to research the companies I work for and their competition).
I am very much a geek, although not the "gamer" type. The only game I'm passionate about is Zelda (with a hint of Tetris). I'm definitely a geek in the "spend all my waking time on the internet, otherwise slightly socially retarded" kind of way. I'm very outspoken, almost to a fault, and brutally honest. I'm not afraid to call people on their shit, and because of that, don't keep a lot of people around.
Music is one of my great loves. I'm constantly listening to something, and if not, 9 times out of 10 I have a song stuck in my head. I don't understand how some people can not care about music. it's such a driving force in my life, and I don't see how it can't be in everyone's. I very much enjoy exposing people to new bands, and being exposed, and my tastes grow more eclectic every day. feel free to flood my email account with mp3s if you have something I just have to hear.
Because of my geekiness, I tend to gravitate towards geeky boys. I don't believe I've ever in my life been amongst more intellectual equals than I am right now (and heavens no, I'm not talking about the majority of mouthbreathers that go to my school). I immensely enjoy being around intelligent people going into other fields of study, especially science fields. I was always really interested in science and would have gone into it if I didn't have this nagging urge to create.
